All motor vehicles, with two or more wheels, used primarily for transporting persons or property having a GVW of 18,000 lbs. or more, whether or not attached to vehicle chassis.

Lemon Period in Texas
Express warranty period or one (1) year, whichever occurs first.

Number of Repair Attempts
Four (4) repair attempts (two (2) repair attempts for a serious safety hazard) or 30 cumulative days out of service during "Lemon Period".
