Vehicles Covered in South Carolina
All passenger vehicles-excluding motorcycles, living portions of recreational vehicles, trucks with a GVW over 5,000 lbs. and off-road vehicles-sold and registered in the state excluding vehicles operated for the transportation of persons for compensation, except to schools, religion affiliated programs or other prearranged excursions.

Lemon Period in South Carolina
One (1) year or 12,000, whichever occurs first.

Number of Repair Attempts
Three (3) repair attempts or 30 cumulative calendar days out of service during "Lemon Period".

Used Vehicles Covered?
No.

Remedies Available by South Carolina Lemon Law
At the Manufacturer's option, the Manufacturer may provide a comparable new vehicle or refund less mileage offset.
