All passenger vehicles purchased and motorcycles, leased, transferred or registered in New York, excluding off-road vehicles.

Lemon Period in New York
Two (2) years or 18,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

Number of Repair Attempts
Four (4) repair attempts, 30 cumulative calendar days out of service, or for a substantial defect within 20 days of receipt of notice given by the consumer using certified mail during "Lemon Period".

Yes.

Comparable replacement vehicle (not necessarily new) or refund less mileage offset.
