All passenger automobiles or motorcycles leased, purchased in the state regardless of which state they are registered in, except the living facilities of motor homes.

Lemon Period in New Jersey
Two (2) years or 18,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

Number of Repair Attempts
Three (3) repair attempts or more than 20 cumulative calendar days out of service during "Lemon Period".
