Any vehicle under 10,000 lbs. not including commercial vehicles, motorcycles, or mopeds.

Lemon Period in Hawaii
24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Number of Repair Attempts
Three (3) repair attempts with at least one repair originating during first 12 months or 12,000 miles, or 30 cumulative calendar days out of service during "Lemon Period".

No.
