Four (4) repair attempts, or 30 cumulative calendar days out of service during "Lemon Period".

Yes if sold during "Lemon Period" and not sold "As is".

Remedies Available by Connecticut Lemon Law
Manufacturer shall, at its option, provide consumer with comparable new vehicle or refund less mileage offset.
