Any motor vehicle designed for transportation of persons or property over public highways, excluding vehicles that carry more than 10 people or have three (3) or fewer wheels.

Lemon Period in Colorado
One (1) year.

Number of Repair Attempts
Four (4) repair attempts, or 30 cumulative business days out of service during "Lemon Period".

Used Vehicles Covered?
No.

Remedies Available by Colorado Lemon Law
Manufacturer shall, at its option, provide consumer with comparable new vehicle or refund less mileage offset.
