Any motor vehicle, except motorcycles or mopeds, designed for transportation of persons or property over public highways, excluding vehicles with gross weight over 10,000 pounds, except for motor homes.

Lemon Period in Arkansas
24 months or 24,000 miles, or the manufacturer's express warranty period, whichever occurs last.

Number of Repair Attempts
Three (3) attempts plus one (1) final attempt by manufacturer, or 30 cumulative calendar days out of service during "Lemon Period".
