Any land vehicle with four or more wheels not designed primarily for off-road purposes or as tractor or farm vehicle.

Lemon Period in Alaska
12 months or expiration of manufacturer's warranty, whichever comes first.

Number of Repair Attempts
Three (3) or more repair attempts or 30 cumulative business days out of service during the "Lemon Period".
