All vehicles except RV's or vehicles over 10,000 lbs. No leased vehicles.

Lemon Period in Alabama
24 months or 24,000 miles, but problems must occur within first 12 months or 12,000 miles.

Number of Repair Attempts
Three (3) or more repair attempts plus final attempt by manufacturer, or 30 cumulative calendar days out of service during the "Lemon Period".

No.
